Veteran entrepreneur Todd Dipaola co-founded inMarket in 2010 to bring the performance and accountability of digital marketing to the realm of retail. Todd previously co-founded and bootstrapped digital marketing agency Vantage Media at the inception of search advertising. Vantage ranked 31 on the Inc 500 and earned "The Fastest Growing Technology Company in Los Angeles" honors by Deloitte's Fast50. In 2007, Todd exited the company at a valuation north of $100MM. Todd's entrepreneurial experience is also rooted in philanthropy. In 2007, he created the Dipaola Foundation, which was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, to work on environmental and systemic societal issues. He sits on several boards including UC Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy and California Common Cause. As Chairman of Common Cause, the organization succeeded in reforming redistricting to eliminate gerrymandering and activating online voter registration for the first time in history. Todd graduated as a Regents Scholar from UC Berkeley in Molecular and Cell Biology with emphasis in Immunology.

Mark DiPaola founded Vantage Media and served as its president for 6 years. During this time, Mark grew Vantage into one of the largest and most successful operations of its kind, ranking #31 in the Inc. 500, and #1 on the Deloitte & Touche Fast 50. Vantage's pay-for-performance model added accountability to the often unruly world of online advertising, and attracted attention from top private equity firms including Scale Venture Partners and Tudor Ventures. In 2007, Mark led the largest Series A funding of any US company in nearly two years, at a valuation of over $150 million. Previous to Vantage, Mark was a strategy consultant at Monitor Consulting. Mark was recently named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, and received the Award for Excellence in Achievement by a Young Alumnus from his alma mater, UC Berkeley. Mark is on the Advisory Board for The Boys and Girls Club of Santa Monica and a Trustee of the Dipaola Foundation.
Mike comes to inMarket with over 30 years of experience in retail, finance, and c-suite responsibilities, most recently as CFO of Pinkberry. Mike worked in retail for Kroger and Fred Meyer as the Treasurer, Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, and later as CEO of one of the Kroger companies. He also held leadership positions at Popcornopolis and worked at Columbia Distributing, a region leading beverage distributor. Mike moved west from Cleveland, Ohio to get his undergraduate degree from Pomona College. He shortly thereafter was certified as a Public Accountant in Oregon. Mike has worked with and been on the board of directors of several organizations including CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), the Red Cross, and local schools.
Cameron V. Peebles
Cameron comes to inMarket with over 20 years' experience in B2B marketing, sales pipeline optimization, creative design, PR, and strategic positioning within the technology industry. Prior to inMarket, Cameron led the marketing initiatives of top companies in their respective spaces, such as mobileStorm, Stamps.com Enterprise, Nero Software and PCMall. Most recently, Cameron was CMO at Airpush, a leading performance ad network reaching over 500 million consumers around the world, where he was awarded Silver in the Best in Biz Award’s ‘Marketer of the Year’ for 2015. A native of Miami, FL, Cameron enjoys sailing, diving, hiking and forward thinking music.
Chris Kozloski brings over 20 years of digital advertising experience to the inMarket team, leading global sales operations as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to joining inMarket, Chris built the sales team at MaxPoint Interactive to $150 million in revenue and 100+ employees en route to an IPO. Chris’s diverse workplace background -- ranging from tech giants like AOL to the early days of DoubleClick -- helps him to understand the nuances of startup life and what it takes to make it to the next level. Chris, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, resides in Princeton, NJ and works out of inMarket’s New York City office.
Art brings 25 years of technology and management expertise to inMarket. He joined in 2010 as an early team member developing the first release of mobile applications. Prior to inMarket, Art managed teams delivering mission-critical software systems to first-responders (Police, Fire, EMS) and launched mobile applications for national brands. Art studied computer science at Stanford University. He now leads all product and technology development efforts for inMarket’s owned & operated mobile applications, SDK integrations, and Data Insights Platform.
Before joining inMarket, Charlie implemented successful customer care organizations for three different East coast-based start-up companies. She has over 25 years of customer operations and project management experience in the network hosting, satellite communications, retail and aerospace industries and brings to InMarket a strategic focus for the day-to-day operations as well as a customer-centric approach to client services. Charlie received her bachelors degree in Business Administration from Strayer University and is certified by the Project Management Institute as a project management professional. In her spare time, Charlie provides volunteer support to several local non-profit organizations.
With over 7 years of experience in mobile app and location intelligence space, Spencer leads the product team to set and deliver the product roadmap, driving customer satisfaction and competitive innovation. Spencer began his tenure with inMarket orchestrating the development of the company's fist mobile video product, location aware ad network, and 3rd party partner integrations for inMarket's owned and operated apps. He leverages his knowledge in the location based ad space to create that same value for inMarket’s advertisers, publishers, and retailers in his current role as VP of Product. Spencer currently resides in Los Angeles where he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family, and reading.
Currently the SVP of Sales at inMarket, Trina Rizzo brings over 15 years of digital advertising experience to inMarket. She’s responsible for overseeing the sales and account management teams across both shopper marketing and brand channels. Prior to inMarket, Trina served as Executive Director of Sales at MaxPoint for over 6 years and spent her previous 10 years at digital and traditional publishers, specializing in content marketing, contextual targeting and programmatic digital. She resides in Chicago proper and works out of our Chicago office.
Deniece Kennedy is a Canadian Chartered Accountant who brings twenty years of progressive management experience focused on accounting, finance, tax and corporate strategy. Prior to joining inMarket, Deniece worked eleven years in the sports and live entertainment business, holding the positions of Senior Director, Business Intelligence and Special Projects, and Director of Finance with Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation, where she was responsible for financial modeling, strategic analysis and special projects. Previously, Deniece was employed by Deloitte, the Government of Alberta, and BDO Dunwoody where her focus was corporate income tax in the energy sector. Deniece now serves as inMarket’s Corporate Controller.
