Veteran entrepreneur Todd Dipaola founded InMarket in 2010 to bring the performance and accountability of digital marketing to the offline world. Todd’s industry thought leadership is regularly featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, and Entrepreneur Magazine.Previous to InMarket, Todd bootstrapped performance marketer Vantage Media at the inception of search advertising. Vantage ranked 31 on the Inc 500 and earned “The Fastest Growing Technology Company in Los Angeles” honors by Deloitte’s Fast50. Todd has invented, filed, and holds patents for location-based marketing. Todd’s entrepreneurship is also rooted in his philanthropy. In 2007, he co-created the Dipaola Foundation to work on environmental and systemic societal issues. He sits on several boards including Represent.Us and UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy. Formerly, as Chairman of Common Cause, the organization succeeded in reforming redistricting to eliminate gerrymandering and activating online voter registration. He also has bicycled across America as well as through California to raise funds for charity. Todd graduated as a Regents Scholar from UC Berkeley in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in Immunology and regularly participates in the Harvard Business School YPO Program.
Mark DiPaola founded Vantage Media and served as its president for 6 years. During this time, Mark grew Vantage into one of the largest and most successful operations of its kind, ranking #31 in the Inc. 500, and #1 on the Deloitte & Touche Fast 50.
Vantage’s pay-for-performance model added accountability to the often unruly world of online advertising, and attracted attention from top private equity firms including Scale Venture Partners and Tudor Ventures. In 2007, Mark led the largest Series A funding of any US company in nearly two years, at a valuation of over $150 million. Previous to Vantage, Mark was a strategy consultant at Monitor Consulting.
Mark was recently named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, and received the Award for Excellence in Achievement by a Young Alumnus from his alma mater, UC Berkeley. Mark is on the Advisory Board for The Boys and Girls Club of Santa Monica and a Trustee of the Dipaola Foundation
Deniece Kennedy is a Canadian Chartered Accountant who brings twenty years of progressive management experience focused on accounting, finance, tax and corporate strategy. Prior to joining InMarket, Deniece worked eleven years in the sports and live entertainment business, holding the positions of Senior Director, Business Intelligence and Special Projects, and Director of Finance with Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation, where she was responsible for financial modeling, strategic analysis and special projects. Previously, Deniece was employed by Deloitte, the Government of Alberta, and BDO Dunwoody where her focus was corporate income tax in the energy sector. Deniece now serves as InMarket’s CFO.
Chris Kozloski brings over 20 years of digital advertising experience to the InMarket team, leading global sales operations as Chief Revenue Officer.
Prior to joining InMarket, Chris built the sales team at MaxPoint Interactive to $150 million in revenue and 100+ employees en route to an IPO. Chris’s diverse workplace background — ranging from tech giants like AOL to the early days of DoubleClick — helps him to understand the nuances of startup life and what it takes to make it to the next level.
Chris, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, resides in Princeton, NJ and works out of inMarket’s New York City office
Art brings 25 years of technology and management expertise to InMarket. He joined in 2010 as an early team member developing the first release of mobile applications. Prior to InMarket, Art managed teams delivering mission-critical software systems to first-responders (Police, Fire, EMS) and launched mobile applications for national brands. Art studied computer science at Stanford University. He now leads all product and technology development efforts for InMarket’s owned & operated mobile applications, SDK integrations, and Data Insights Platform.
Mike Fordyce is the Chief Business Officer at InMarket. Mike’s career spans more than 25 years in sales, business development, marketing, product management, and corporate development.
Previously, Mike was the CEO of NinthDecimal for eight years and drove the sale to InMarket. Prior to NinthDecimal, he was SVP of Business Development at YP Holdings (formerly AT&T Interactive and AT&T Advertising Solutions), the largest local search, media, and advertising company in North America, where digital revenues grew to $1 billion during his tenure. Mike held roles in sales, business development, product management, and corporate development.
Mike received a B.A. in History and Economics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of San Francisco. He resides in Orinda, California and is married with three children.
Before joining InMarket, Charlie implemented successful operations and customer-focused organizations for three different East coast-based start-up companies. She has over 25 years of operations and project management experience in the network hosting, satellite communications, retail, and aerospace industries and brings to InMarket a strategic focus for the day-to-day operations as well as a customer-centric approach to client services. Charlie received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University and is certified by the Project Management Institute as a project management professional. In her spare time, Charlie provides volunteer support to several local non-profit organizations.
David Staas is the Chief Product Officer at InMarket, bringing more than 22 years of product, marketing, and market development experience in both the mobile and marketing industries.
Previously, David served as President of NinthDecimal, where he led the company’s go-to-market strategy and execution, with direct responsibility for product, engineering, marketing, and research. He created the Location Graph, the industry’s first location-based audience data solution, and helped the company transition to an omni-channel data and measurement platform, until the acquisition by InMarket. He also served as interim CEO of NinthDecimal.
Prior to NinthDecimal, he was VP of Marketing and Product at Ad Infuse (acquired by Velti), a pioneer in mobile advertising where he built one of the first mobile ad platforms. Prior to Ad Infuse David led the global Product Marketing team at Openwave Systems, the company which pioneered the mobile internet. He has also held leadership roles at Software.com (acquired by Openwave) and Deloitte.
David has a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He resides in Menlo Park, California and is married with three children.
Todd Rose is the Chief Business Development Officer at InMarket, where his responsibilities include enterprise platform sales to publisher, adtech and martech platforms and agency holding companies. Todd brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales, product management, and corporate development.
Previously, Todd was Chief Business Development and Strategy Officer at NinthDecimal for 8 years, where he orchestrated key partnerships with scores of industry leading platforms, among them Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Pandora, The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, AT&T, and Comcast. Todd played a key role in the sale of NinthDecimal to InMarket.
Prior to NinthDecimal, Todd was Vice President of Business Development for YP (formerly AT&T Interactive), where he was responsible for all publisher, strategic content, and advertising platform partnerships. Before YP, Todd held executive leadership roles with Ingenio (acquired by AT&T), and LookSmart, an early leader in Internet search and navigation. He also worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company, where he advised a range of Fortune 500 technology companies on sales, marketing and operations strategy.
Todd holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Princeton University. He lives near San Francisco with his wife and two daughters.
Mark is EVP of Product at InMarket, where he brings over 20 years of experience in technology and organizational leadership. He previously served as the Chief Product Officer at NinthDecimal, where he was in charge of Product Management, User Experience Design, and Program Management. His teams have consistently delivered market-leading products, which have received many industry accolades. Throughout his career, he has consistently built innovative products that drive revenue growth in fast-moving environments. Mark holds an MBA from Stanford University and he resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Kevin is SVP of Product at InMarket, where he brings over 20 years of advertising, marketing and research experience to the company. Prior to InMarket, he served as SVP of Product at NinthDecimal where he was responsible for the data platform, overseeing data monetization, data governance, privacy, and compliance. Over his career, Kevin has helped shape how marketing companies make data actionable to increase sales. Kevin has also worked at Nielsen where he co-led mobile media research, as well as at an IBM partner company.
Kevin has a masters degree in creative writing and played varsity soccer for the UCSB men’s soccer team. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and three children.
Brian Slitt is EVP, Enterprise at InMarket where he brings 20 years of sales and business development experience across brands, agencies, and partners to the company.
He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at NinthDecimal where he was responsible for driving data, media, measurement, and insight revenue growth across all customers and partners. Over his career, Brian has helped transform teams and companies across adtech and martech for enterprise and platform growth.
Prior to NinthDecimal, Brian was Vice President, Sales and Business Development at 4INFO where he was part of the executive team leading teams responsible for sales, publisher, data, identity, and channel partnerships.
Brian has a bachelor’s degree in Government from Connecticut College and resides in Ashland, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
Tonya comes to InMarket with over 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Advertising where she now oversees the Ad Operations team. Prior to InMarket, she headed up the Advertising Operations team at Thinknear, reporting directly to the President & GM. She led the development and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives to optimize client KPIs while also driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. Her team was responsible for the successful delivery of all sales revenue across 500+ active monthly campaigns. Tonya currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with her significant other and their 110lb dog, Bear. She enjoys spending her free time exploring all of the great concerts and food the city has to offer, and obsessing over Bear.
Mike comes to InMarket with over 30 years of experience in retail, finance, and c-suite responsibilities, most recently as CFO of Pinkberry. Mike worked in retail for Kroger and Fred Meyer as the Treasurer, Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, and later as CEO of one of the Kroger companies. He also held leadership positions at Popcornopolis and worked at Columbia Distributing, a region leading beverage distributor.
Mike moved west from Cleveland, Ohio to get his undergraduate degree from Pomona College. He shortly thereafter was certified as a Public Accountant in Oregon. Mike has worked with and been on the board of directors of several organizations including CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), the Red Cross, and local schools.
Cameron comes to InMarket with over 20 years’ experience in B2B marketing, sales pipeline optimization, creative design, agency, PR, and strategic positioning within the technology industry. Prior to InMarket, Cameron led the marketing initiatives of top companies in their respective spaces, including mobileStorm, SDC Enterprise, Nero Software and PCM. Most recently, Cameron was CMO and member of the founding executive team at Airpush, a leading performance ad network that exceeded $100 million in annual revenue before its acquisition, for which he received Silver in the Best in Biz Award’s ‘Marketer of the Year’ awards in 2015. A native of Miami, FL, Cameron enjoys sailing, diving, hiking and forward thinking music.
Gary brings extensive background in agency planning and over 20 years of communications and marketing experience at some of the leading communications companies in the world and currently leads InMarket’s SaaS self-serve platform GeoLink. Prior to the merger of InMarket and Thinknear, Gary led Thinknear’s Central sales team for four years. He also has extensive experience in mobile marketing as companies such as Apple (spearheading Apple’s iAd launch in the Midwest) and Google (Mobile Sales for retail clients across the country). Gary has also managed media client side for ConAgra Foods. He led efforts for a variety of brands such as PAM, Reddi-wip and Marie Callender’s. Gary was also on the agency side as a Senior Partner Media Director leading the integration of digital and offline teams to form a fully functioning hybrid group for Mediacom. He helped establish Prometheus in Chicago, with clients including JCPenney, Northwestern Mutual, Allen-Edmonds, BOSCH, Harris Bank and Bank of Montreal. Gary has also held Director of Strategy and Media Director positions at OMD/DDB Worldwide. He started his career at Publicis/Bloom in Dallas. Through the years, his account experience has included leading national advertisers such as State Farm, Emerson, Pep Boys, Tyson Foods, Discover Card, General Mills and Unilever. Gary is a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in advertising.
With over 7 years of experience in mobile app and location intelligence space, Spencer leads the product team to set and deliver the product roadmap, driving customer satisfaction and competitive innovation.
Spencer began his tenure with InMarket orchestrating the development of the company’s fist mobile video product, location aware ad network, and 3rd party partner integrations for InMarket’s owned and operated apps. He leverages his knowledge in the location based ad space to create that same value for InMarket’s advertisers, publishers, and retailers in his current role as VP of Product.
Spencer currently resides in Los Angeles where he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family, and reading.
Andrew joined InMarket in 2015 as a business analyst, and has worked in areas across the organization from account management to operations, and eventually product. He led the launch of the company’s first programmatic products, Audiences and Preceptivity. Andrew currently leads the growth and development of InMarket’s 1st party data, launching new features in the company’s owned and operated apps and SDK, and developing strategic partnerships. Prior to joining InMarket, Andrew was a member of Teach for America in Miami, Florida, where he taught high school English for three years. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys volunteering with schools and educational organizations, basketball and volleyball, and finding the next great burger. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
Shaheen is the VP of Engineering at InMarket. He ensures delivery and execution of product vision, is the technical leadership on architecture and execution, and also focuses on strategy development and R&D. He has 10 years of engineering experience in several early engineering startup roles building things from social platforms to advertising platforms. Currently, he is in charge of all of engineering which includes architecture, hiring, combining teams, and scaling platforms. Previous to InMarket, he spent 7 years at Thinknear with most of his tenure as Director of Engineering, managing and building much of Thinknear’s real-time bidder platform and initial data processing system. Aside from disciplines in engineering, he is also disciplined in martial arts, holding a black belt in karate.
As the Regional Vice President of Sales, Jema oversees the Western Region sales teams across all disciplines. She has notably risen alongside InMarket as the first Sales Director in the West in 2015 and growing the region since. Prior to InMarket, Jema worked at media agencies and in sales at traditional publishers in both New York and Los Angeles.
