1. While shoppers plan to spend the same amount or more than last year on Halloween items, price remains the top priority.

Name brands undeniably feel the burn of the Value Wars, as consumers look to save and shop value deals. It simply means it’s more important than ever to understand opportunities and challenges to fuel an effective, data-driven approach.
