Todd Morris is CEO of InMarket, bringing over 30 years of experience to the leader in real-time activation for hundreds of leading brands. Before joining InMarket, Todd served as CEO of Label Insight (acquired by Nielsen IQ) where he built the world’s largest product metadata platform and was named a Top 20 Retail Tech CEO of 2021. Previously, Todd served as Global President of Catalina, where he pioneered purchase-based digital media and measurement for the world’s largest retailers and brands. He has been featured as a digital marketing expert in leading publications like The Wall Street Journal, Yahoo! Finance, AdAge, and MSNBC. Todd is based in Tampa, Florida with his wife and three daughters.
Howard Morof is the Chief Financial Officer at InMarket where he brings over 30 years of experience as an industry finance executive with a proven track record scaling high growth organizations.
Prior to joining InMarket, Howard held the CFO role at Altair Engineering (NASDAQ: ALTR), a global software and cloud technology company where he guided the company through a successful IPO, driving a fivefold increase in share price propelling market capitalization to almost $5 billion. Prior to Altair, Howard served as CFO at three high-growth enterprises ranging from fintech to mortgage banking and large-scale distribution and led a complex cross-border IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Apart from capital markets, Howard has expertise in growth financing and global M&A activities. Prior to moving to industry, Howard was a partner at a large Detroit area CPA firm serving entrepreneurial clients.
Howard is a native of Michigan and a graduate of the University of Michigan. He also earned his Masters of Science in Taxation and resides near Detroit. Howard has long-standing involvement, as a board member and officer, with several non profits in the Southeast Michigan area.
Deniece Kennedy is a Canadian Chartered Accountant who brings twenty-five years of progressive management experience focused on accounting, finance, tax and corporate strategy to InMarket as Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining InMarket, Deniece worked eleven years in the sports and live entertainment business, holding the positions of Senior Director, Business Intelligence and Special Projects, and Director of Finance with Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation, where she was responsible for financial modeling, strategic analysis and special projects. Previously, Deniece was employed by Deloitte, the Government of Alberta, and BDO Dunwoody where her focus was corporate income tax in the energy sector. Deniece resides in Orange County, California with her husband and golden retriever.
As CRO, Trina Rizzo brings over 20 years of digital advertising experience to InMarket. She’s responsible for overseeing a 70+ person sales organization representing InMarket’s real-time marketing and measurement activation platform to hundreds of leading brands and agencies. Prior to InMarket, Trina served as Executive Director of Sales at MaxPoint for over six years and spent her previous years at digital and traditional publishers, like Condé Nast and TravelZoo, specializing in content marketing, contextual targeting and programmatic digital. Trina resides in Chicago with her husband and son.
Michael Della Penna is Chief Strategy Officer at InMarket. Michael has over 30 years of experience working in the data, digital advertising and marketing industry. Previously Michael served as Chief Revenue and Growth Officer at Cuebiq, where he built and led the sales, customer success and supply partnerships teams. Prior to Cuebiq, he served as Group Vice President, Oracle Marketing Cloud and Senior Vice President of Emerging Channels at Responsys, until its $1.5 Billion dollar acquisition by Oracle in 2014. Prior to Oracle and Responsys, Michael founded Conversa Marketing, a social CRM company that was acquired by StrongView (now Selligent) in 2010. Michael’s other notable senior positions include Chief Marketing Officer at Epsilon, CMO at Bigfoot Interactive, VP of Strategic Development at CNET Networks, Inc., and VP, Marketing at ZDNet. Michael has been recognized as one of B-to-B Magazines “100 Most Influential People in Business-to-Business and Interactive Marketing” five times for his ongoing contributions to establishing digital marketing best practices. Michael is based in New York with his wife and three daughters.
Joshua Koran is the Chief Product Officer at InMarket, bringing over 25 years of product development and innovation experience, including leadership roles with AT&T, Yahoo!, Zeta, Sizmek and ValueClick. Prior to joining InMarket, Joshua served as Executive Vice President of Data and Policy at Criteo.
Throughout his career, Joshua has also been a vocal advocate to protect and balance people’s important privacy rights. His efforts include being a leading contributor to the Internet privacy standards, including AdChoices. Recently, Joshua has been supporting the next generation of Open Web interoperability standards and guidelines development via his contributions to the W3C, ANA Partnership for Responsible Addressable Media, Prebid and IAB TechLab.
As a result of his contributions in the digital space, Joshua has been granted 26 patents. Joshua has also been recognized by Business Insider as “tech expert determining the future of digital advertising” and by Adweek as a top 12 ecosystem innovators for his contributions to the field.
Art brings over 25 years of technology and management expertise to InMarket. He joined InMarket in 2010 as an early team member developing the first release of mobile applications. Prior to InMarket, Art managed teams delivering mission-critical software systems to first-responders (Police, Fire, EMS) and launched mobile applications for national brands. Art studied computer science at Stanford University. He now leads all product and technology development efforts for InMarket. Art lives in Florida where he enjoys restoring classic cars, boats and houses.
Daniel Perez is Chief Marketing Officer at InMarket. Daniel has over 18 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SaaS-based enterprise solutions. Prior to joining InMarket, Daniel spent time sharpening his skills within Product Marketing, leading the brand-direct product marketing efforts at Celtra, and launching the product marketing team at Cuebiq, both fast-growing MarTech organizations. Previous to Cuebiq, Daniel served as Director of Marketing & Business Strategy at Donnelley Financial Solutions. While at Donnelley, he owned the company’s go-to-market strategy to reposition the organization from a singular product to a multiple SaaS solution business. In addition, Daniel was also responsible for the marketing and branding strategy during Donnelley Financials’ corporate spin-off from R.R. Donnelley in 2016.
Daniel holds an MBA from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University in New York City, and a bachelor’s degree in business & Psychology from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Daniel is based in New York City and is passionate about food and travel.
Jason Knapp is a practicing lawyer with over 15 years of experience in large law firms and in-house legal teams. He brings broad experience in M&A, privacy, compliance investigations, litigation, and commercial contracts. Prior to joining InMarket, Jason lived in Amsterdam and served as general counsel for a VC-backed international marketing tech SaaS company, where he led an international team responsible for all legal and privacy matters and served as the director of subsidiaries in the UK and Spain. Jason lives in Seattle and is married with three children.
Veteran entrepreneur Todd Dipaola founded InMarket in 2010 to bring the performance and accountability of digital marketing to the physical world. Todd’s thought leadership has been featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, and Entrepreneur Magazine.
Prior to InMarket, Todd bootstrapped performance marketer Vantage Media at the inception of search advertising. Vantage ranked 31 on the Inc 500 and earned “The Fastest Growing Technology Company in Los Angeles” honors in Deloitte’s Fast50. Todd has invented, filed, and holds patents for location-based marketing.
Todd’s entrepreneurship is also rooted in philanthropy. In 2007, he co-created the Dipaola Foundation to work on environmental and systemic societal issues. He sits on boards including Represent.Us and UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy. Formerly, as Chairman of California Common Cause, the organization succeeded in reforming redistricting to eliminate gerrymandering and activating online voter registration. He has also bicycled across America and California to raise funds for charity.
Todd has been named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, in Austin, Texas. He graduated as a Regents Scholar from UC Berkeley in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in Immunology and has participated in Harvard Business School’s YPO Program for over 7 years.
Michelle “Meka” Millstone-Shroff has been a member of InMarket’s Board since June 2022. Ms. Millstone-Shroff serves as an independent advisor to various businesses, including as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, since April 2019. From 2007 to 2018, Ms. Millstone-Shroff was the President and Chief Operating Officer of buybuy Baby (a subsidiary of Bed Bath & Beyond), the leading specialty retailer of items for infants and toddlers. Concurrent with her role at buybuy Baby, Ms. Millstone-Shroff was the Chief Customer Experience Officer of Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc from 2015 to 2018. Earlier in her career, she worked at McKinsey & Company, with a focus on retail- and consumer-oriented companies.
Ms. Millstone-Shroff is a graduate of Harvard Business School, where she earned an MBA with distinction, and the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a dual B.S. summa cum laude in strategic management from The Wharton School and a B.A. in psychology summa cum laude from The College of Arts & Sciences.
Ms. Millstone-Shroff has served as an independent director on the boards of directors for Public Storage (NYSE: PSA), a self-storage REIT, Party City, a vertically integrated retail chain of party supplies, and Nanit, a private technology computer-vision start-up that develops smart baby monitor devices. She currently also serves on the boards of Neiman Marcus Group Inc. (NYSE: NMG.A), a chain of luxury department stores, Athletico Physical Therapy, a national provider of orthopedic rehabilitation services, and Aden & Anais, Inc, a global lifestyle baby care company.
Dave is a proven, entrepreneurial leader with multiple, successful outcomes at emerging growth and at scale enterprises. He is currently Chief Operating Officer at TextNow, the world’s leading free talk and text mobile service. He has a deep well of experience in data-driven businesses, and prior to TextNow, was Global President for Deputy. Deputy simplifies shift work with the leading SaaS platform of record for time, used by over 300,000 workplaces worldwide. Prior to Deputy, he was COO at Drawbridge, a leading digital identity resolution company. LinkedIn acquired Drawbridge in June 2019, yielding high multiple returns for investors, including Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins and Northgate.
As SVP/GM for BlueLithium’s ad network from 2006-7, he spearheaded hockey stick growth in revenue, resulting in a sale to Yahoo for $300M, also representing a 10X return for shareholders. He transitioned to a VP/GM role overseeing Yahoo’s $1.6B display business in North America, leading a 3X growth in programmatic display revenue over 3 years. Dave is also credited by Wikipedia as co-inventor of the ad server, and co-founded AdKnowledge the same year. As CEO, and in several key leadership roles in the company, he pioneered ad serving and data-driven marketing. The company was sold for $193M, representing a 10X return for investors.
Jema is Senior Vice President of Sales, where she brings over 14 years of advertising experience to InMarket. She is responsible for overseeing teams that represent InMarket’s 360-degree consumer intelligence and real-time activation platform to brands and agencies across the country. Jema has been at InMarket since 2015, joining the team as the first West Coast Sales Director. Prior to that, she spent over 8 years building her career at ad agencies and publishers. Jema graduated from San Diego State University and currently lives in Raleigh with her husband and two kids.
Chris Kozloski brings over 20 years of digital advertising experience to the InMarket team, leading global sales operations as Chief Revenue Officer.
Prior to joining InMarket, Chris built the sales team at MaxPoint Interactive to $150 million in revenue and 100+ employees en route to an IPO. Chris’s diverse workplace background — ranging from tech giants like AOL to the early days of DoubleClick — helps him to understand the nuances of startup life and what it takes to make it to the next level.
Chris, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, resides in Princeton, NJ and works out of inMarket’s New York City office
Cameron comes to InMarket with over 20 years’ experience in B2B marketing, sales pipeline optimization, creative design, agency, PR, and strategic positioning within the technology industry. Prior to InMarket, Cameron led the marketing initiatives of top companies in their respective spaces, including mobileStorm, SDC Enterprise, Nero Software and PCM. Most recently, Cameron was CMO and member of the founding executive team at Airpush, a leading performance ad network that exceeded $100 million in annual revenue before its acquisition, for which he received Silver in the Best in Biz Award’s ‘Marketer of the Year’ awards in 2015. A native of Miami, FL, Cameron enjoys sailing, diving, hiking and forward thinking music.
Before joining InMarket, Charlie implemented successful operations and customer-focused organizations for three different East coast-based start-up companies. She has over 25 years of operations and project management experience in the network hosting, satellite communications, retail, and aerospace industries and brings to InMarket a strategic focus for the day-to-day operations as well as a customer-centric approach to client services. Charlie received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University and is certified by the Project Management Institute as a project management professional. In her spare time, Charlie provides volunteer support to several local non-profit organizations.
Catherine brings over 13 years of digital advertising experience to InMarket where she is currently Senior Vice President of Sales. Catherine oversees teams that represent InMarket’s 360-degree consumer intelligence and real-time activation platform and programmatic solutions to brands and agencies. Catherine joined InMarket via the acquisition of NinthDecimal, where she was SVP of Sales, East, managing both sales and account management teams. Prior to NinthDecimal, Catherine held various management and revenue driving roles at mobile based ad tech startup Kiip and CBS Interactive.
Catherine graduated from Connecticut College and currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband and son.
With over 7 years of experience in mobile app and location intelligence space, Spencer leads the product team to set and deliver the product roadmap, driving customer satisfaction and competitive innovation.
Spencer began his tenure with InMarket orchestrating the development of the company’s fist mobile video product, location aware ad network, and 3rd party partner integrations for InMarket’s owned and operated apps. He leverages his knowledge in the location based ad space to create that same value for InMarket’s advertisers, publishers, and retailers in his current role as VP of Product.
Spencer currently resides in Los Angeles where he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family, and reading.
Andrew joined InMarket in 2015 as a business analyst, and has worked in areas across the organization from account management to operations, and eventually product. He led the launch of the company’s first programmatic products, Audiences and Preceptivity. Andrew currently leads the growth and development of InMarket’s 1st party data, launching new features in the company’s owned and operated apps and SDK, and developing strategic partnerships. Prior to joining InMarket, Andrew was a member of Teach for America in Miami, Florida, where he taught high school English for three years. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys volunteering with schools and educational organizations, basketball and volleyball, and finding the next great burger. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
Shaheen is the VP of Engineering at InMarket. He ensures delivery and execution of product vision, is the technical leadership on architecture and execution, and also focuses on strategy development and R&D. He has 10 years of engineering experience in several early engineering startup roles building things from social platforms to advertising platforms. Currently, he is in charge of all of engineering which includes architecture, hiring, combining teams, and scaling platforms. Previous to InMarket, he spent 7 years at Thinknear with most of his tenure as Director of Engineering, managing and building much of Thinknear’s real-time bidder platform and initial data processing system. Aside from disciplines in engineering, he is also disciplined in martial arts, holding a black belt in karate.
As the Regional Vice President of Sales, Jema oversees the Western Region sales teams across all disciplines. She has notably risen alongside InMarket as the first Sales Director in the West in 2015 and growing the region since. Prior to InMarket, Jema worked at media agencies and in sales at traditional publishers in both New York and Los Angeles.
Gary brings extensive background in agency planning and over 20 years of communications and marketing experience at some of the leading communications companies in the world and currently leads InMarket’s SaaS self-serve platform GeoLink. Prior to the merger of InMarket and Thinknear, Gary led Thinknear’s Central sales team for four years. He also has extensive experience in mobile marketing as companies such as Apple (spearheading Apple’s iAd launch in the Midwest) and Google (Mobile Sales for retail clients across the country). Gary has also managed media client side for ConAgra Foods. He led efforts for a variety of brands such as PAM, Reddi-wip and Marie Callender’s. Gary was also on the agency side as a Senior Partner Media Director leading the integration of digital and offline teams to form a fully functioning hybrid group for Mediacom. He helped establish Prometheus in Chicago, with clients including JCPenney, Northwestern Mutual, Allen-Edmonds, BOSCH, Harris Bank and Bank of Montreal. Gary has also held Director of Strategy and Media Director positions at OMD/DDB Worldwide. He started his career at Publicis/Bloom in Dallas. Through the years, his account experience has included leading national advertisers such as State Farm, Emerson, Pep Boys, Tyson Foods, Discover Card, General Mills and Unilever. Gary is a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in advertising.
