InMarket Media Advertising Week New York 2025 Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Advertising Week New York 2025 InMarket Media Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of InMarket Media, LLC (“Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on October 6, 2025, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter: 

  • During the Sweepstakes Period, locate and click through the push notification in the conference app. Fill out the form at https://inmarket.com/resources/2025-unified-measurement-awny which will ask you to provide your full name, email address, phone number, job title, and company name. Upon successful submission of the online form, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

LIMIT: One (1) entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry. Subsequent entries from the same person or email address will be void.

5. Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded. The winner will receive one (1) Oura Ring 4, with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Three Hundred Fifty U.S. Dollars ($350.00). The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses associated with the prize. The prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.

6. Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about October 10, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification: The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within three (3) business days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. The potential winner may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within five (5) business days of notification.

8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won.

9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10. Sponsor: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is InMarket Media, LLC, 1530 P B Ln #P5446 Wichita Falls, TX 76302-2612.

11. Winner’s List: To receive a winner’s list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: InMarket Media, LLC, Attn: Marketing + Legal; Advertising Week New York 2025 Winner’s List, 1530 P B Ln #P5446 Wichita Falls, TX 76302-2612. Requests must be received by November 30, 2025.
