I've loved playing a part in growing InMarket's Account Management team from 3 people to over 20 people. As a leader on the team, seeing people do well in the roles we've created over time makes me so proud. It's a really great feeling to create an environment that people enjoy working in, while producing great work.

At InMarket, one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that we must welcome opportunities to move outside of our comfort zones when striving to level up personally, professionally and as an organization. Rather than looking backward to re-create what we’ve done before, we must take risks and see our opportunities with fresh perspective to achieve greatness.
